Vitest 3.2 + 27 tests (booking/password/reviews/email). /api/health enrichi (DB+S3+Resend+Stripe probes, 503 si DB down). /api/metrics (carbets/bookings/users/audit counters). .forgejo/workflows/ci.yml dormant tant que pas de runner — doc inline pour register.
