Teknium a4593f8b21 feat: make gateway 'still working' notification interval configurable (#8572) ... Add agent.gateway_notify_interval config option (default 600s). Set to 0 to disable periodic 'still working' notifications. Bridged to HERMES_AGENT_NOTIFY_INTERVAL env var (same pattern as gateway_timeout and gateway_timeout_warning).
