kshitij 0a9229c8c6 chore: add salvage PR contributors to AUTHOR_MAP (#11076) ... Add 11 community contributors whose work was cherry-picked via salvage PRs during the April 16 triage session. Without these entries, contributor_audit strict mode fails for release attribution.
