Tranquil-Flow 69f4555822 fix(tools): make skills_guard 'ask' verdict return actionable findings instead of generic block (#13686) ... The "ask" verdict for agent-created skills was producing the same "blocked" error message as a hard block, without indicating which patterns triggered or what content to fix.
