Behavior contracts for catalog-name install resolution (ref pin + sidecar), custom-URL banner, --allow-removed wiring, catalog-pin updates, list annotations, live-index fetch/fallback/TTL cache, search/browse/info rendering, doctor, argparse dispatch, and the validate checks incl. undeclared-capability diffs, crash containment, and built-in tool collisions.
