Brooklyn Nicholson 317b94871b chore(desktop): drop dead overlay primitives ... Remove zero-consumer overlay code surfaced while auditing the primitive set: OverlayNewButton (orphaned once "New" moved into PanelAddButton), OverlayCard / overlayCardClass, and the unused overlay-search-input module.
