Brooklyn Nicholson 177a57f70c feat(voice): desktop flags interrupted submits ... markVoicePlaybackInterrupted() / takeVoicePlaybackInterrupted() mirror the backend latch in the renderer (the barge happens client-side, where the audio plays).
