Ben Phillips f50e1e9c51 docs(slack): document ignore_other_user_mentions 
Adds the option to the Mention & Trigger Behavior section: leading-
mention semantics, opt-in default, env var, and DM/MPIM scope (1:1 DMs
unaffected; MPIMs apply it like channels).
