Hermes-native port of nidhinjs/prompt-master (MIT): turns rough ideas into production-ready prompts optimized for the target AI tool (LLMs, coding agents, image/video generators), with per-tool-family formats, templates, and failure patterns. Upstream's persona-overlay framing (PRIMACY ZONE / identity lock) rewritten as a standard Hermes skill procedure; the prompt-engineering knowledge is preserved in references/.
