Brooklyn Nicholson 0db227a6d8 feat(gateway): expose trace.get and trace.turns RPCs 
Resolve a desktop session key to its DB session id and serve the derived
trace (whole session or a single turn) plus per-turn summaries; return an
empty trace for known-but-empty sessions instead of erroring.
