The unified skill from PR #4332 was placed at a top-level skills/hermes-agent/ directory, creating a redundant standalone category. Merges the hermes-agent-spawning skill (autonomous-ai-agents/) and hermes-agent-setup skill (dogfood/) into a single comprehensive skills/hermes-agent/ skill.
