fix: update tests for gws migration

- Rewrite test_google_workspace_api.py: test bridge token handling
  and calendar date range instead of removed get_credentials()
- Update test_google_oauth_setup.py: partial scopes now accepted
  with warning instead of rejected with SystemExit
