chore: add codex-spark salvage contributors to AUTHOR_MAP

Browse source 
Maps olegwn@gmail.com → nederev (PR #18286) and vesper@askclaw.dev →
askclaw-vesper (PR #19530) so the contributor attribution check passes
when their commits land via this salvage.
