docs: point desktop download links to site root (deprecate /desktop) (#46795)

The /desktop page is deprecated and redirects to the home page. The
landing page for the desktop app is now simply
https://hermes-agent.nousresearch.com/. Update all docs and the
Docusaurus nav/footer links accordingly.
