Merge PR #457: Use pywinpty for PTY support on Windows

Authored by shitcoinsherpa. Imports winpty.PtyProcess on Windows instead
of ptyprocess.PtyProcess, and adds platform markers to the [pty] extra
so the correct package is installed automatically.
