chore(release): add uzunkuyruk to AUTHOR_MAP (#22434)

Browse source 
Maps egitimviscara@gmail.com to GitHub login uzunkuyruk so that
contributor_audit.py recognizes their authored commits in upcoming
salvage PRs (e.g. #21933 fix).
